Creative production, styling, modeling, and graphic design for UCLA Radio’s Heatwaves music festival. Hosted on a hot April weekend in LA, the event featured student bands and DJs for a restless crowd of undergraduates and Gen-Z attendees in the LA area. Below are graphics I created, featuring the photoshoot for event promotion.
On Instagram, the graphics perfomed significantly better than the original event flyer, garnering 5x as many likes and seeing a 57% increase in views (from approximately 14,000 to 22,000).
The post gained over 22,000 views, engaged 10,400+ accounts, and recieved over 700 interactions.
Graphics and branding materials created for my radio show Swanage Cove, Co-hosted with my sister Emily Parmenter every Thursday at 11pm on uclaradio.com. The show discusses the transformative and transcendent power of music, and its ability to serve as a spiritual and emotional vehicle for personal growth. Shown below are the show poster, and weekly graphics created for each episode, which aim to connect nonsensical humor to profound life philosophies.
Join us - DJ Feather (Isabel) and DJ Egg (Emily) - as we mix on air and grasp onto the ephemeral and ethereal, exploring how music and its transformative experience can be used to guide us through personal introspection and individual spirituality.
